      FunctionThe KBY120/7-7.5 hydraulic grouting pump (hereinafter referred to as grouting pump) is a device that uses pressure to accurately inject easily solidified substances or mixtures into the cracks and cavities of rock layers or soils, in order to reduce water seepage and consolidate rock layers and soils. It is mainly suitable for gas containing coal mines, well construction, and underground waterproofing projects. It can also be used for tunnel excavation and maintenance, foundation treatment for building dams, large bridges, high-rise buildings, and various underground projects.
    This grouting pump is a fully hydraulic single or dual fluid dual-use pump, with adjustable pressure. It has the characteristics of small size, light weight, flexibility and reliability, and wide application. Its working medium is water, cement slurry, water glass, etc.

1. Structural features
The structure of the grouting pump includes a three-phase asynchronous motor, coupling, plunger pump, oil tank, overflow valve, electromagnetic directional valve, oil cylinder and grouting cylinder, valve chamber, mechanical directional mechanism, high-pressure rubber hose, return oil pipe, water cooler, suction pipe, suction nozzle, discharge pipe, mixer, etc.
2. Working principle
The electric motor drives the plunger pump to rotate through a coupling, sucking hydraulic oil from the oil tank into the plunger pump and discharging it. The discharged high-pressure oil is then sent to the oil cylinder through an overflow valve, a directional valve, and a high-pressure oil pipe, pushing the piston to reciprocate. The return oil flows into the water cooler through the return oil pipe for cooling, and then completes a cycle to the oil tank. The oil cylinder is connected to the injection cylinder through the piston rod, so the pistons of the two cylinders move back and forth synchronously, so that the slurry is sucked in and discharged through the suction and discharge pipelines and valve chambers, and finally injected into the injection hole.
3. Main structural features
(1) The pistons, piston rings, piston rods, and sealing rings inside the oil cylinder and slurry cylinder are all manufactured separately for easy cleaning or replacement.
(2) The mechanism is a metal proximity sensing type, which functions to transmit signals to the electromagnetic directional valve through the movement of the sensing point on the piston rod when the sensing range is reached, achieving the directional effect.
Its characteristics are: flexible, fast, accurate, and reliable commutation.

Safety Warning:
1. The use of rubber hoses should comply with the MT98 standard.
2. Before starting the pump, rotate the relief valve pressure regulating handle counterclockwise to the limit position (to save zero pressure start). Install a limit pin on the pressure regulating handle, and it is strictly prohibited to remove or change it at will. The adjustment of the overflow valve should not exceed the nominal pressure of the grouting pump to avoid overpressure operation of the grouting pump. The grouting pump should have no leakage under rated operating conditions. Noise and vibration should be normal, and if any abnormalities occur, the machine should be stopped for troubleshooting.
3. Do not replace control components arbitrarily.
4. Both the hydraulic system and the slurry system of this grouting pump can generate high pressure. To prevent accidents, any disassembly or installation of hydraulic components and slurry pipelines should be carried out after the grouting pump is stopped and the pipeline components are depressurized. It is prohibited to repair or maintain the equipment under load.
5. This grouting pump is powered by hydraulic pressure, and the working pressure should not exceed the set pressure during use.
6. It is not allowed to start the system with load or pressure, and the system must be unloaded or unloaded before starting.
7. Only after confirming the correct direction of the motor can it be officially started and put into normal production operation.
8. The grouting pump must be manned during operation.
9. After all grouting is completed, the grouting pump should be cleaned immediately and any remaining liquid in the pump should be drained to prevent blockage of the pipeline.
