1. Structural features
The grouting pump boasts a sophisticated structure comprising a three-phase asynchronous motor, coupling, plunger pump, oil tank, and overflow valve. Additionally, it includes an electromagnetic directional valve, oil cylinder, grouting cylinder, valve chamber, and a mechanical directional mechanism. High-pressure rubber hoses, return oil pipes, a water cooler, suction and discharge pipes, and a mixer complete this robust assembly.
2. Working principle
In a seamless blend of mechanics and precision, the electric motor propels the plunger pump via a coupling. This action draws hydraulic oil from the tank, discharging it under pressure. The high-pressure oil traverses through an overflow and directional valve, coursing down a high-pressure oil pipe to energize the oil cylinder, driving the piston in a reciprocating motion. The return oil cools in the water cooler, then completes its journey back to the oil tank. The synchronized movement of pistons in both the oil and injection cylinders ensures efficient slurry intake and discharge, culminating in precise injection into the intended location.
3. Main structural features
(1) The grouting pump's pistons, piston rings, rods, and sealing rings within both the oil and slurry cylinders are individually crafted for easy maintenance, allowing straightforward cleaning or replacement.
(2) Employing a sophisticated metal proximity sensing mechanism, this system adeptly transmits signals to the electromagnetic directional valve. As the piston rod reaches the sensing range, directional control is seamlessly achieved.
With characteristics of flexibility, rapid response, accuracy, and reliable directional switching, this pump excels in fluid management.

Safety Warning:
1. Ensure all rubber hoses adhere strictly to the MT98 standard for operational safety.
2. Before pump activation, fully rotate the relief valve pressure handle counterclockwise to its limit to ensure zero pressure commencement. A limit pin must remain intact on the pressure handle; do not remove or modify it. Valve adjustments should not surpass the pump's nominal pressure to prevent overpressure conditions. The pump must operate leak-free under rated conditions, with any unusual noise or vibrations addressed immediately by halting the machine for inspection.
3. Avoid unauthorized replacement of control components to maintain system integrity.
4. The grouting pump's hydraulic and slurry systems can both generate high pressure, necessitating caution. Always depressurize components before disassembly or installation to avert accidents, and never conduct maintenance under operational load.
5. Powered by hydraulic force, this grouting pump's operational pressure must always remain within prescribed limits to ensure safe usage.
6. Ensure the system is free from load or pressure before initiating. It's essential to have it unloaded or decompressed to guarantee a smooth start without any hitches.
7. Confirm the motor's direction is correct before officially commencing operations. Only then can it transition seamlessly into full production mode.
8. During the operation of the grouting pump, personnel must be present to manage and oversee its function, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
9. Once the grouting process is complete, promptly cleanse the grouting pump and adequately drain any residual liquid. This is crucial to avert potential blockages in the pipeline, ensuring longevity and efficiency.
