Manufacturing Process
The manufacturing process of electroplated diamond drill bits mainly includes the following steps:
Electroplating tank treatment: Diamond particles are plated layer by layer onto the drill bit body.
Plastic mold shaping: Use plastic molds to ensure that the coating grows along the axis of the drill bit, and to ensure the inner and outer diameter dimensions and small grooves of the tire body.
Repeated sanding and plating: Long term repeated sanding and plating form the working layer of the drill bit.

In 2016, Hunan Yuanyu Exploration Technology Development Co., Ltd. was jointly established with Hunan Hongyu Water Resources and Hydropower (Group) Co., Ltd. It is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the design, production, scientific research and development, and operation services of geological equipment such as drilling rigs, drilling tools, diamond drill bits, and centralized slurry injection equipment. In terms of emergency equipment, the company's developed "centralized slurry grouting system" has been shortlisted for the first batch of recommended emergency equipment procurement list in Hunan Province.
In recent years, the company has also received various awards: the "Zhuangyuan" brand has been awarded the "Famous Trademark of Hunan Province" multiple times, and has been awarded the "Hunan Province Contract abiding and Creditworthy Unit" and "Hunan Province Integrity Construction Demonstration Unit" multiple times. And awarded the title of "National High tech Enterprise" in 2021.
