Product Description

GY-150B pump machine integrated drilling rig is two types of lightweight and multi-purpose engineering survey drilling rigs, which are suitable for engineering geological exploration in industrial and civil buildings, railways, bridges, hydropower and other departments, as well as construction of small-diameter foundation pile holes.


Has the following characteristics:
1. Wide speed range and reasonable gear settings. Low speed, high torque, suitable for drilling rig sampling and pile hole construction
2. High speed, small diameter diamond drill bit, suitable for drilling rig pile inspection and other work.
3. Adopting a combination of friction push and planetary wheel lift, with advanced structure and good impact resistance. Oil pressure feeding, easy operation, high drilling efficiency.
4. The turntable adopts a T-shaped groove angle changing device, which has a wide range of angle changes, so it can drill holes with various inclinations.
5. Compact structure, with drilling rig water attenuation and diesel engine installed on the same base, occupying a small area of the airport.
6. Small size, light weight, easy disassembly and relocation. The turbine box is equipped with a fan for cooling, ensuring that the oil temperature does not overheat.

Note: Gy-150HB is capable to slide on the rig frame to give an empty space to handle the driling tools. it also has a mud pump attached on the rig. GY-150B comes with trailer due to using different driling mast, GY-150HB doesn't  come with a traller.
